answer Water powered vehicle??? Not sure about that (we're are a looooooong way from nuclear fusion technology), but, liquid hydrogen powered vehicles are on the market. The only "waste" created is....water. About the worlds craze with oil, there is nothing wrong with using oil or other fossil fuels as sources of energy.
